Our Mission

The mission of the Asian Family Association for Disability Support (AFADS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is to empower and support individuals with disabilities and their families throughout Southern California. We provide accessible education, practical resources, and opportunities for families to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

Through monthly workshops offered both in person and online, AFADS helps parents and caregivers gain knowledge, build supportive relationships, and advocate for their loved ones so that every individual with special needs can thrive in an inclusive and caring community.
